Welcome to Himalayan Hits. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Himalayan Hits website, member area, Traffic Exchange, surf system, advertising services, Himalayan Conquest, rewards, memberships, referrals, commissions, purchases and related platform features.
By creating an account, logging in, surfing, advertising, purchasing a service, earning rewards or using any Himalayan Hits feature, you agree to these Terms of Service.
By using Himalayan Hits, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and any additional policies, rules or instructions displayed on the platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use Himalayan Hits.
You must be at least 14 years old, or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to create and use a Himalayan Hits account.
Users participating in purchases, commissions, payouts or payment-related features may also be required to comply with the age, identity and account requirements of the applicable payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to maintain a valid email address. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity performed through your account.

Unless Himalayan Hits provides explicit permission, each person may maintain only one Himalayan Hits account.
Accounts created to obtain additional credits, Feet, rewards, jackpot entries, referral commissions, membership benefits or other advantages may be suspended, merged, adjusted or terminated.
Multiple people using the same household, internet connection or device may be subject to additional verification where suspicious or duplicate activity is detected.
Himalayan Hits operates as a Traffic Exchange combined with a long-term mountain expedition progression system.
Members may surf websites, earn advertising credits, promote approved campaigns, advance through Himalayan Conquest and participate in available platform features.
You agree to use the Traffic Exchange honestly and in a manner that does not damage platform quality, advertisers, other members or Himalayan Hits.
You are responsible for every website, link, banner, text advertisement, splash page or promotional item submitted through your account.
Submitted advertising must not contain or promote:
Himalayan Hits may approve, reject, pause, investigate or remove advertising at any time.
Approval of an advertisement does not represent endorsement, certification or guarantee of the advertised website.
Surf activity must be completed manually, honestly and in accordance with all displayed timers, validation checks and platform rules.
You may not use:
Invalid, automated or manipulated surf activity may be removed and may result in restriction, suspension or termination of the account.
Himalayan Conquest is a gamified platform feature through which eligible surf activity contributes Feet toward a virtual mountain expedition.
Members progress through mountain camps during Ascent, reach the Summit and then complete the Descent to Base Camp.
Himalayan Conquest is a fictional progression and entertainment system. It does not represent real-world travel, location, mountaineering, altitude or physical activity.
Himalayan Hits may calculate and display different progression values, including Current Feet, Weekly Feet and Lifetime Feet.
Feet may be adjusted, reversed or removed where invalid activity, technical error, duplicate credit, abuse or system manipulation is identified.
Camp distances, mountain order, progression requirements and Feet awarded per valid activity may be changed when necessary for platform balance, maintenance or future development.
Himalayan Hits may display Camp Events, expedition narratives, mountain information, Summit events, Descent events and other themed content as members progress.
Completing an eligible mountain may unlock the next mountain in the official Conquest order.
Camp Events and mountain progression may depend on system availability, valid activity, account status and successful completion of previous requirements.
Mountain Flags, completed Conquests, Hall of Fame records and historic achievements are gamified recognition features.
They do not represent cash, financial instruments, property rights or guaranteed monetary value.
Himalayan Hits may correct, remove or restore Flags, achievements and Hall of Fame records where an error, duplicate award, invalid activity or abuse is identified.
Usernames and qualifying achievements may be displayed publicly within the platform.
The Sherpa Team is an optional paid expedition booster available only during the eligibility period displayed by Himalayan Hits.
Unless otherwise stated on the purchase page, an active Sherpa Team provides an additional virtual Feet bonus for each valid surf click during the associated Conquest.
The Sherpa Team may only be hired at Base Camp, Camp I or Camp II during Ascent. Once the member reaches Camp III, the Sherpa Team may become unavailable for the remainder of that Conquest.
An active Sherpa Team normally remains associated with the current Conquest until the member completes the Descent and returns to Base Camp.
The Sherpa Team is a virtual platform feature. It does not provide any real-world mountaineering, travel, safety or guide service.
Himalayan Hits may offer membership levels including:
Membership benefits, Feet speed, advertising features, referral benefits, reward eligibility and other advantages are determined by the current membership description displayed on Himalayan Hits.
Membership benefits may be updated where necessary, but Himalayan Hits will attempt to communicate material changes appropriately.
Members are responsible for reviewing the price, duration, renewal conditions and included benefits before purchasing.
Himalayan Hits may use PayPal or other payment providers for membership upgrades, renewals, Sherpa Team purchases and other eligible products.
Users must comply with all rules, verification requirements and account restrictions imposed by the selected payment provider.
Himalayan Hits is not responsible for delays, holds, account limitations, reversals, conversion fees or other actions taken independently by payment providers.
Purchases obtained through unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, stolen accounts or fraudulent transactions may be cancelled and associated benefits may be removed.
Requests involving purchases will be reviewed according to the nature of the product, account activity, service delivery, payment status and applicable law.
Members should contact Himalayan Hits support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the issue can be investigated.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension, cancellation of purchased benefits, adjustment of account balances or termination.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Himalayan Hits may operate a Weekly Jackpot based on eligible Weekly Feet and the current jackpot rules displayed on the platform.
Jackpot qualification may depend on valid activity, ranking position, account status, minimum participant requirements, fraud checks and administrative verification.
If the minimum number of qualified climbers is not reached, the jackpot may not be paid and may roll over into a future prize pool according to the active rules.
Himalayan Hits may review, adjust or deny a jackpot allocation connected to invalid activity, automation, duplicate accounts, manipulation, technical error or violation of these Terms.
Himalayan Hits may provide advertising credits, commissions, cash rewards, contest prizes, jackpot allocations or other promotional benefits.
Rewards and commissions are not guaranteed and may depend on account eligibility, valid activity, referral status, available programs, fraud prevention and administrative review.
Himalayan Hits may correct, reverse, delay or deny rewards obtained through abuse, error, automation, manipulation, duplicate accounts or prohibited activity.
Where the option is available, members may use an eligible earned commission or cash balance to purchase or renew a Himalayan Hits membership instead of requesting a cash withdrawal.
The member must have a sufficient available balance for the selected transaction.
The minimum account balance required to request a cash payout is $15.00.
Payout requests below the minimum amount will not be processed.
Payouts may be subject to account verification, fraud checks, processing time, payment provider availability and review of the activity that generated the balance.
Himalayan Hits does not guarantee earnings, referrals, traffic volume, conversions, jackpot positions, reward amounts, commissions or financial results.
Himalayan Hits is not an employer, investment platform, bank, financial service or guaranteed income opportunity.

Referral activity must be genuine and must comply with applicable advertising, privacy, anti-spam and platform rules.

Himalayan Hits may monitor platform activity to prevent fraud, manipulation, automation, invalid traffic and abuse.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Himalayan Hits may correct account values and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
Himalayan Hits does not automatically prohibit legitimate use of VPNs, proxies or privacy tools.
However, such tools may not be used to create duplicate accounts, conceal fraud, bypass restrictions, manipulate activity or abuse rewards.
Himalayan Hits may review, restrict or block traffic sources that appear automated, suspicious, abusive or harmful.
Himalayan Hits may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, abuse platform features or harm members, advertisers or the service.
Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include:
A suspended member may contact support to request clarification or review. Himalayan Hits is not required to restore accounts where serious or repeated abuse is confirmed.
Himalayan Hits aims to provide a stable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every device, browser or third-party service.
Maintenance, updates, hosting issues, technical errors, payment provider failures or other circumstances may temporarily affect platform access or specific features.
Himalayan Hits may update, replace, pause or discontinue platform features, reward systems, mountain content, membership options or promotional programs where reasonably necessary.
Incorrect credits, Feet, rewards, rankings, commissions, payments, Flags, Conquests or other values caused by a bug, duplication, configuration problem or technical error do not create a permanent entitlement.
Himalayan Hits may investigate and correct inaccurate platform values when an error is identified.
Himalayan Hits contains member-submitted websites, advertisements, external links and payment services operated by third parties.
Himalayan Hits does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, products or services of external websites.
Members should independently review external websites before providing personal information, creating accounts or making purchases.
The Himalayan Hits name, original platform graphics, written content, Himalayan Conquest presentation, branding and custom platform elements may not be copied, republished, sold or distributed without authorization.
Members retain responsibility for ensuring that their submitted advertisements do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
Himalayan Hits is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Himalayan Hits is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Members are responsible for their own advertising decisions, external websites, account security, payment provider compliance and participation in platform features.
Use of Himalayan Hits is also governed by the Himalayan Hits Privacy Policy, which explains how account, technical, payment and platform information may be processed.
Himalayan Hits may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the platform, memberships, rewards, payment systems, security practices or legal requirements.
Updated Terms may become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of Himalayan Hits after updated Terms are published means that you accept the revised Terms.
